Installer Platform

    The eXtensa Installer Platform

Everything a WA commercial solar and battery installer needs to put active management into a proposal, win the job, and stay in the customer relationship after the hardware is on the wall.

    What It Is

The operating layer and the commercial kit.

The Installer Platform is two things working together.

The operating layer is the software that runs active energy management on the sites you bring through. Hardware-agnostic, WEM-aware, commissioned alongside your install. You don't build it, host it, or maintain it.

The commercial kit is everything you need around the install to win the project in the first place and hold the customer relationship after handover. Proposal templates, pricing structures, customer-facing material, monthly reporting under your brand alongside ours.

Together they make active management something a commercial installer can quote on Monday and deliver on Tuesday.

    What Partners Get

Four ways the platform changes your project economics.

    Win More Projects

Proposals that outperform the standard quote.

Co-branded commercial proposal templates, pricing models, and ROI calculators that incorporate active management. The same project quoted with active management closes at a higher rate than the same project without.

    Keep the Customer

Branded reporting that lands in the inbox.

Monthly performance reports go to your customer under a co-branded format. You stay visible. The next solar add, battery upgrade, or new site comes back to you.

    Track the Revenue

A clear view of your portfolio.

A partner dashboard showing every project you've brought through, the active management revenue flowing on each, and the cumulative share owed back to you.

    Install Any Hardware

    No brand lock-in.

We're hardware-agnostic. Attach the platform to whichever commercial inverter, battery, or charger fits the job. The compatibility matrix is published and updated as new equipment comes through certification.

    How It Works

    From proposal to recurring revenue.

    01 · Quote With It

    Active management in the proposal.

Use the partner proposal kit to include active energy management alongside the hardware in your commercial quotes. The customer sees one project, one engagement, one set of numbers.

    02 · Win and Install

    You install. We commission alongside.

You do what you do. We integrate the platform with the commissioned hardware. The site is live under active management from the day the install signs off.

    03 · Operate Together

We run the site. You stay close.

The platform operates the site against the WA market. Your customer sees branded monthly performance reports. The recurring revenue share lands in your account for the life of the engagement.

    Commercial Terms

No platform fees. No software to license.

The Installer Platform is a partnership, not a SaaS subscription. There's no upfront fee to access it, no monthly license to renew, and no per-project charge for the proposal kit or the reporting.

Partner revenue comes from a share of the active management value the platform generates on each site you bring through, paid for the life of the engagement. If a project doesn't perform, neither of us is paid. The alignment is built into the model.

    Common Questions

What partners ask before signing on.

No. There's no upfront fee, no license, and no per-project charge. Partner revenue is share-based and flows from active management value created on each site.

We're hardware-agnostic. We integrate with the major commercial inverter, battery, and EV charging platforms used in the WA market. The compatibility matrix is published to partners and updated as new equipment is certified.

The simplest path is to include active management in the same commercial proposal as the hardware. The partner kit gives you the templates, pricing, and customer-facing material to do that. We support the technical conversation when needed.

You do. The platform sits behind the work you delivered. Reporting goes out under a co-branded format. The next project on that site comes back to you first.

Partner onboarding covers the proposal kit, the commercial conversation, the compatibility matrix, and the dashboard. Ongoing technical and commercial support is part of the partnership.

Read about the partner program and apply via Get in touch. We work with a limited number of installer partners per region to keep the relationship genuine.
